jiliuuu supports the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Account instantly. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account balance. jiliuuu is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification. jiliuuu targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. jiliuuu reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the jiliuuu Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiliuuu is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.
jiliuuu is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. jiliuuu reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation where required by law.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by jiliuuu are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

jiliuuu reserves the right to restrict eligibility for any promotion to specific player segments, geographic regions, or Account types. Promotions are not transferable and have no cash value outside of the specific terms under which they were issued.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliuuu Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jiliuuu Platform without the prior written consent of jiliuuu.

jiliuuu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jiliuuu determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
Upon termination of your Account for cause, jiliuuu reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds may be withheld pending investigation and may be subject to forfeiture where required by law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jiliuuu Platform shall first be submitted to jiliuuu's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines and, where applicable, the dispute resolution processes of PAGCOR.
